Open: The space we create is safe for all participants to participate openly and honestly. No pantsuits or notepads around here, only integrity and the real. Each individual’s lived experience and wisdom will have space to contribute to the team solution. support, and guidance from someone who’s seen the good and bad sides of being an entrepreneur and has spent as much time being advised on critical issues as giving advice. 

Challenging and Deepening: Nicole knows that the right solutions are unique to the team, the team’s role and the business. She is committed to asking the questions that matter to get to a shared understanding. This foundation is what will make strategic plan unique to your team.

Skill Building: Nicole seeks to provide actionable short-term wins while providing solutions and tools that can be used autonomously in team members personal and professional lives. The goal is to empower each team with knowledge of their talents to gain comfort in areas that have been historically uncomfortable. Knowledge transfer is the major key.

Action oriented: Why do the work without finding ways to apply it to the goals and challenges in front of you? We’ll focus on making progress away from the things limiting the team and with a thoughtful action plan you can implement in the weeks after the workshop.
