Court is the VP of Product at Firsthand. No stranger to hustle, she’s been a leader in design for years recently expanding her scope by leading product. Historically she deep specialization in product design and design systems and always been incredibly passionate about working collaboratively to deliver experiences that elegantly solve critical problems for her users. Her impressive suite of professional experience encompasses small, medial and large sized start-ups in the fin-tech and recruiting space, and before that she was an art director in advertising.

Our Work

Growth in this capacity requires an understanding of Courts personal goals and a deep contextual understanding of the current role. Upfront our work invested heavily in understanding the evolution of courts career as well as the creation and evolution of her current team. This included an understanding of where things are today as well as the uncovering and identification of systems, belief structures and corporate history so we could best construct a path unique to Court’s strengths to move forward. While our goals are centered heavily on leadership development, the interconnectedness of professional experience and personal history cannot be ignored.
