Ben is a Builder
Ben is the consummate problem solver. He has a long history of working through problems and building solutions. His solutioning includes leveling up an entire DMV, building toys for children, building the equivalent of a digital bank and providing open source code to make publicly traded companies, well, better. Most recently he collected and housed the data on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in Manhattan while building a routing layer to get food to those in need. His expertise is as vast as being both expert software builder and ex professional yo-yoer.

Our Work
Doing this work requires a big investment in time spent. It was critical to understand Ben’s working style and habits in order to effectively challenge and push him. This investment also allowed us to get a sense for where he learned his work habits. Ben comes from a long line of extremely hard-nosed (some may even say stubborn!) hard workers. Our work ensured Ben understood the magnitude of his contributions and enabled him to set boundaries in support of greater work life balance.
